Frequently asked questions

About buying electronic components from us.

How long does delivery take?
We import your parts, clear them through customs and then ship domestically, so delivery takes considerably longer than for goods already held in Korea. Your order page shows where it is: preparing, in transit, or delivered.
When are tax invoices and cash receipts issued?
They are issued against the payment date. For virtual account payments we issue a tax invoice or cash receipt on the day the deposit is confirmed; for card payments the sales slip serves as the tax invoice, so nothing separate is issued. If a document has to be cancelled, it is voided outright before transmission to the National Tax Service, and corrected with a negative tax invoice afterwards. Cash receipts follow the same rule.
How can I pay?
Credit card or virtual account (bank transfer). If you need a tax invoice, choose virtual account and add your tax invoice details under My account.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes — each part has its own minimum order quantity, shown on the product page. Orders below it cannot be placed.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Please contact support to cancel after payment. For a Business-Purpose Transaction, cancellation or return for a part/quantity error, project change or another customer reason is restricted after supplier ordering. Consumer Transactions retain statutory withdrawal rules. Defects, wrong shipments and non-conformity are handled separately regardless of purchase purpose. See Cancellations & Returns for details.
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, from the order page, until the order ships within Korea. Changes are recorded.
Can I get a statement of the transaction?
Yes — print or save it as a PDF from the order page, for any payment method. Note that a statement is a record of the transaction, not a statutory document; under Korean VAT law that role belongs to the tax invoice, cash receipt or card sales slip.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices on product pages are the final amount in Korean won, with import duty and VAT included. Shipping is charged separately and is free above a set order value.
Can anyone open an account?
Yes. If you need tax invoices, add your business details under My account after signing up.
Can you ship outside Korea?
Yes, but overseas destinations are handled as a quotation rather than an online payment. Choose an overseas address and you will get a quotation request instead of checkout; we confirm shipping cost and lead time, then send a quotation in US Dollars. As an export, it carries no Korean VAT.
